Martial Clement collected his experience at many places in the world including the Michelin restaurants. He is the awardee of „ Best Junior Cook in France“ and „ Best Chef in the Czech Republic“. Tadayoshi Ebinu combines traditional and modern methods of preparing sushi and he is one of 3000 professional members of Tokyo Sushi Association. It’s not just a sushi. In our restaurant Garden at The Opera you can taste a real sushi from native-born Japan master. The novel interior of airy and spacious restaurant is a work of the Czech top designer Barbora Škorpilová. The Garden at The Opera is situated in the heart of Prague near the underground station – Muzeum, located between The National Museum and The State Opera, with which your visit can be or doesn’t have to be connected.
