DescriptionI first came to the Czech Republic in January 1995 and spent the first six years farming in western Bohemia. During this time I became more involved in the meat industry and began to start making bacon and sausages. As demand grew and the product range began to develop I decided to look for a shop in Prague. In June 2003 I bought an existing Butcher's shop in Prague 4 and modernised it to meet EU regulations. We opened in September 2003 and since then have continued to expand. As our customers are from all over the city I decided to open another shop in Prague 6 in October 2004. A large part of our business is the supply of meat and other products to over twenty restaurants and other outlets. We deliver each day and can offer competitive prices. Reviews: |
